What comes with OneMira C1?
Welcome to OneMira C1. This guide covers the device, everything in the box, and the physical controls you need to get started.
What's in the Box?
Your OneMira C1 comes with everything you need to start capturing context immediately.
What is OneMira C1?
OneMira C1 is a Dynamic Context Device built for the AI era. As ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor lower the barrier for builders, the new bottleneck is continuous context synchronization. C1 provides a physical channel to capture spoken knowledge—from meetings and whiteboard debates to online calls—then makes the resulting local notes available to your AI agents.
It captures physical-world conversations, transcribes them on your computer, and saves the notes as local Markdown. OneMira does not require a subscription; if you send those notes to a third-party AI service, that provider’s data terms and plan still apply. The files are exposed through MCP for supported clients.
Designed to be Seen
Physical rotation recording indicator. The turntable body slowly rotates to provide a clear, passive visual cue when recording is active. Measures 60×64×20 mm and weighs 70g—fits in any pocket.
Local Transcription. No Required OneMira Subscription.
OneMira speech-to-text runs on your computer. Encrypted audio slices remain on C1 only during capture and transfer; each slice is deleted immediately after the local computer consumes it for transcription. Third-party AI services have their own data paths and plans.
CLI-First & Native MCP
CLI-first interface and native MCP server. Exposes selected local context to compatible workflows in ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients. Run commands via terminal, pipe outputs, and trigger updates through local shell scripts.
No App Lock-in. Native Markdown.
Saves readable Markdown files. Session and Wiki content uses plain-text Markdown with YAML front matter. OneMira also uses a local SQLite-backed store and index for search and application state.
1250mAh Battery. All-Week Standby.
30-hour recording and 60-day standby battery. C1 has a 1250mAh battery and 32GB of storage for temporary encrypted audio slices during capture and transfer. It recharges via USB-C in about 2 hours.
Agentic Integration
After setup, supported AI tools on your desktop can access this context through MCP. Use the tool names exposed by Mira, such as mira_search, according to the connected client’s MCP interface.
