OneMira ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the OneMira storefront, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

• Order information: name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone, and payment details. Payment details are processed securely by Shopify Payments and are not stored by us.
• Device and site data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, cookies, and similar storefront usage data collected through Shopify and standard web analytics.
• Communications: messages you send us by email or support channels.

How We Use It

• Fulfill orders and provide customer support.
• Send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• Respond to setup, warranty, return, and product questions.
• Send marketing emails only with your explicit consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Improve our website, product communication, and support experience.
• Comply with legal obligations.

OneMira C1 Local Context Workflow

OneMira Desktop transcribes C1 recordings on your supported computer and can independently generate meeting notes and mind maps with its built-in local model. You choose in OneMira Settings whether to retain the original audio. Temporary device-side capture and transfer slices are separate from that retention choice. Notes remain editable local files. If you choose to send content to a model service using your API key or to an external agent through CLI or MCP, that service's own data handling, terms, and privacy policy apply.

Microsoft Clarity Website Analytics

With your analytics consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our storefront and identify shopping difficulties. Clarity collects page visits, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, and masked page interactions to create heatmaps and session replays. This data is sent to Microsoft. Session replay reconstructs website interactions; it does not record your microphone or camera.

We use strict text masking and do not send customer names, email addresses, or order identifiers through Clarity custom identifiers or events. We do not enable Clarity advertising storage. Clarity website analytics is not loaded until you explicitly consent to analytics. You can change your choice through Cookie Policy and preferences; withdrawing analytics consent stops Clarity collection on the current page.

Microsoft Clarity AI Shopping Guide

Our optional AI shopping guide uses Microsoft Clarity Brand Agents to answer product questions and help you shop. We and Microsoft process the messages you enter, conversation content, and interaction events to operate, secure, and improve this service. The guide uses our product catalog, inventory, pricing, brand information, and order information to assist with shopping and customer requests.

The AI guide has its own privacy choices for advertising and model training. Using the guide does not grant consent to optional Clarity website analytics. For more information, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. To request removal or deletion of insights derived from your AI guide interactions, email dtc@onemira.com.

Sharing

We share storefront information only with Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, service providers needed to operate the store, and government authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing dtc@onemira.com.

Data Retention

We retain order records for as long as necessary to provide service and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
