Refund and Return Policy

We want OneMira C1 to be a good fit for your AI workflow. If it is not, we will help you through the return process.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any OneMira product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price for any reason. The product must be in good, functional condition with all original packaging, cables, accessories, and documentation included.

How to Return

1. Email dtc@onemira.com with your order number to request a return.
2. We will send return instructions and a return address.
3. Ship the product back within 14 days of receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

1-Year Limited Warranty

OneMira C1 is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. Warranty claims can be initiated by emailing dtc@onemira.com with your order number and a description of the issue. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modification.

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
