Why isn't my device found during pairing?

While powered on, press and hold the side button for 3 seconds. Release after the white LED lights up to enter pairing mode; the white LED flashes for 60 seconds. Wait until the app and C1 both show the pairing status. If C1 does not respond, make sure it has power and Bluetooth is enabled on your computer. Keep the device within about 5 meters during pairing and sync.
