These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of onemira.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Seller

The Site is operated by OneMira Digital Intelligence Technology (Hongkong) Co., Limited, a company registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Registered address: 1 Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is charged at the time of order.

Product Information

OneMira C1 is a real-world capture layer for AI workflows. Product pages may describe hardware capture, desktop local processing, local Context, CLI/MCP handoff, compatibility, shipping, warranty, and pricing. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for using OneMira C1 lawfully, including obtaining any consent required before capturing conversations. If you send generated text Context to a third-party AI tool, that tool's own terms apply.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the OneMira name, logo, product designs, images, and text, is the property of OneMira and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written consent.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Site or OneMira products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt the operation of the Site, checkout, or product services.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

OneMira products and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneMira disclaims all implied warranties beyond the express warranty stated in our Refund and Return Policy and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
