Where We Ship

We currently ship OneMira C1 to addresses within the United States. Additional markets are planned later.

U.S. Fulfillment and Handling Time

OneMira C1 ships from our fulfillment centers in the United States. After the launch period, orders are normally processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Launch Shipping Schedule

For launch orders, shipping begins August 20, 2026. The delivery window for your address is shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

• Free Shipping: the estimated delivery window is shown at checkout.
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after carrier handoff.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, or remote destinations.

Taxes and Fees

All prices are displayed in USD. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Domestic U.S. shipments do not incur import duties or customs fees.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address on file.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email dtc@onemira.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
