Where We Ship

We currently ship OneMira C1 to addresses within the United States. Additional markets are planned later.

Origin and Handling Time

OneMira C1 ships from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China. Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Times to the U.S.

Standard shipping: 7-14 business days after handoff.
Expedited shipping: 3-5 business days after handoff.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or remote destinations.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All prices displayed are in USD. For shipments entering the United States, any applicable import duties, customs fees, and sales taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address on file.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email dtc@onemira.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
